Refund & Return Policy

At Nerie, every journal is made to order with care. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at neriejournals@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds: Replacements are issued for damaged or defective items. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
